A Great Way to Track Expenses

If you're like me, you are always looking for ways to keep track of expenses, especially as a business owner.  Some keep envelopes in their car or purse, some a notebook.  As an owner of an iPhone, I have found a new app, thanks to those wonder iPhone application commercials..."there's an app for that..."

For the past week I have been using iXpenseIt.  I must say...I love it!  What a wonderful tool!  There is a lite version (which is free-one of my favorite words).  The full version is only $4.99.  What a better place to track your expenses, but on your phone?  It's always with you.  You choose which category your expense falls under (you can also add your own), the date of the expense, how it was paid for, if it is a personal of business expense, and what vendor. 

How many of you lose your receipts?  You can even take a picutre of the receipt and add it to your entry! No more worries of : "Where did I put that receipt?"

This is a picture of the screen from an entry I made for office supplies.  At the top left is a picture of the actual receipt.  It also has the capacity to create reports as well as export your information via email.

What a great way to keep track of those bridal party gift receipts or the receipts from the gifts you purchased as give aways for your client seminar!
